With over six years of hands-on experience as a Hair Transplant Technician, Chelsey brings both expertise and empathy to her role as a Patient Advisor. Working directly with Dr. Ted in procedures, she offers a unique perspective that helps patients feel informed, prepared, and confident every step of the way.
Chelsey understands that choosing hair restoration is a personal journey, and she’s passionate about making that experience as smooth and supportive as possible. Heather Stretch
With 18 years of experience in hair restoration, Heather is a highly skilled Senior Surgery Assistant dedicated to excellence in patient care and surgical precision. A former committee member and faculty of both the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) and the British Association of Hair Restoration Surgery (BARHS), she has been actively involved in training international doctors and surgical assistants for over 12 years.
Heather is passionate about every aspect of working alongside a great team, sharing her extensive knowledge, and mentoring the next generation of hair restoration professionals. Having undergone eyebrow transplant surgery herself, she deeply understands the patient journey and is committed to providing compassionate, top-quality care.
For the past four years, she has been a valued member of Dr. Ted’s team, where her expertise and dedication continue to make a meaningful impact on both patients and colleagues.

Luce has been in the aesthetics industry as both a practitioner and clinic owner for several years, having offered treatments such as botox, microdermabrasion, filler and micro-needling.
Luce is an experienced hair transplant technician and has worked at highly-regarded clinics in Colchester, Harley Street, Farringdon and Cardiff. Luce’s natural warmth and kindness shines through with patients and fellow team members.

Meet Mihai, an incredibly hard-working hair transplant technician who drives 2 hours from Redditch for every procedure to be a part of the team. Mihai is so dedicated he even feels uncomfortable taking mandatory breaks. His work ethic is matched only by his skill in helping to create phenomenal results for our patients.
Rhiannon Bell
Rhi brings great energy and joy to the clinic and has extensive experience in the beauty and aesthetics world having worked in the industry for over 17 years. Rhi has been personally trained by Dr Ted Miln and the team as a hair transplant technician. Having successfully ran her own salon for over 11 years, it’s easy to see why she has such an excellent rapport and sense of care with our patients and great eye for detail!

Ryan’s experience and knowledge of hair restoration led him to helping other patients navigate their own hair loss concerns as a “Valued Contributor” on the Hair Restoration Network.

The ‘Mother Hen’ of Dr Ted Hair Transplants, Lou keeps the clinic running shipshape! Lou brings a wealth of managerial and business experience to Dr Ted Hair Transplants having previously worked as a hotel resort manager and dental practice manager.
Lou also ran a successful hair removal business for several years, becoming a leading electrolysis practitioner in Wales. Caring and empathetic, Lou cares deeply about the success of the clinic, staff and patients.
