Chelsey Redwood

Clinic manager and principal technician

Chelsey has worked with Dr. Ted for 4 years as a hair transplant technician. She is meticulously methodical and calmly conscientious. When not in surgery, she takes care of the day-to-day running of the clinic and her knowledge of the procedure helps her liaise with patients in the run-up to their procedure and post-operatively. She consistently goes above and beyond and is a true asset to the team.

David Anderson

Senior Patient Advisor

Dr. Ted Hair Transplants is thrilled to welcome David Anderson to our team! David joined us in late 2024 as a Senior Patient Advisor, bringing extensive knowledge and experience to the role.

David’s journey with hair restoration began in 1996 when he underwent his first FUT hair transplant. Over the years, he has experienced both FUT and FUE procedures firsthand. In 2006, he documented his repair journey with Hasson and Wong in Vancouver through the Hair Restoration Network, offering valuable insight as a patient.

His professional career in the hair transplant industry began in 2010 as a patient advisor, and in 2016, he joined Dr. Edward Ball at The Maitland Clinic. After 8.5 years, David has now transitioned to Dr. Ted’s team, where he continues to support patients with expert guidance.

David conducts initial consultations via video call, answering questions and helping patients navigate their hair restoration journey with confidence.

Heather Stretch

Senior Surgery Assistant

With 18 years of experience in hair restoration, Heather is a highly skilled Senior Surgery Assistant dedicated to excellence in patient care and surgical precision. A former committee member and faculty of both the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) and the British Association of Hair Restoration Surgery (BARHS), she has been actively involved in training international doctors and surgical assistants for over 12 years.

Heather is passionate about every aspect of working alongside a great team, sharing her extensive knowledge, and mentoring the next generation of hair restoration professionals. Having undergone eyebrow transplant surgery herself, she deeply understands the patient journey and is committed to providing compassionate, top-quality care.

For the past four years, she has been a valued member of Dr. Ted’s team, where her expertise and dedication continue to make a meaningful impact on both patients and colleagues.

Jordan Redwood

Hair Transplant Technician

A deeply caring and compassionate individual, Jordan is as reassuring as she is a perfectionist. Jordan has been a hair transplant technician for three and a half years and takes great pride in her work.

Fernanda Batista

Hair Transplant Technician

Fernanda has over a decade of experience in hair transplant surgery and has worked as a technician in many clinics around the UK. She worked at the same clinic in London after Dr. Ted finished his training and has loyally worked well with him ever since. She takes great care to ensure fantastic results whatever the technique but trained at a time when FUT/strip was more commonplace and is one of very few excellent strip techs in the UK.

Meet Mihai, an incredibly hard-working hair transplant technician who drives 2 hours from Redditch for every procedure to be a part of the team. Mihai is so dedicated he even feels uncomfortable taking mandatory breaks. His work ethic is matched only by his skill in helping to create phenomenal results for our patients.

Becky Miln

Physician Associate

Becky Miln is a highly skilled Physician Associate with over a decade of experience in the NHS. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from Cardiff University (2017) and later expanded her expertise by earning an ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Business (2020). Passionate about patient care and safety, she completed her MSc in Physician Associate Studies at Swansea University in 2022.

Specializing in natural enhancements and ‘tweakments,’ Becky is dedicated to delivering subtle yet effective results with a strong emphasis on safety and precision. Her extensive healthcare background, combined with her meticulous approach, ensures that her patients receive the highest standard of care.
